Team Pay and Benefits

Pay

• Rate Per mile: $.54 split teams, $.38 solos
  
  If you have have Hazmat endorsement and drive a Freightliner Condo.
• Mileage Bonus: $.04 split
  
  22000+ miles per month for all miles for teams. 16000+ miles for all miles for solos.
• Appointed to Driver Council: $.02 per mile
  
  Must meet qualifications
• Sign on Bonus: $1000 split ($500 after 90 days. $500 more after 180 days)
• Recruiting Bonus: $2500 split for each team recruited, $250 split for a solo
  
  Each team recruited must stay for at least 120 days.
• Stop pay: $25 split for any stop or pickup other than 1st pickup and final delivery
• 5 year bonus: $10,000 split per team

  Scan your documents at any Pilot Travel Center immediately after delivery. Get paid sooner with less hassle.

Time Off

• 1 day for every 5 days worked
  
• Vacation Pay: $350 per driver paid on your yearly anniversary date.
  
  There are no additional days off for vacation. Your days off are determined by the number of rounds completed.
